The 2017 Feast of Tabernacles will be located 25 kilometers from Bulawayo, the second-largest city. The camp, situated on a hill, has the most breathtaking view of the surroundings. We will have exclusive use of the site, and we expect up to 160 Zimbabwean brethren in attendance.
Services will be held in a beautiful, grass-thatched hall within the campsite. Sermons will be given in English with translation into Shona, a local language.
There will be plenty of time for fellowship, as we will all be staying at the same venue. There are six chalets, 29 rooms and three dormitories. As well, the management has also made available a four-bedroom house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, provided by the Church, will be served on-site daily. Buses will be provided to carry members from their rural homes to the Festival site and will be available after the Feast to transport members back to their homes.
The weather will be cool to hot. There will be games for all ages and a hike to the top of the hill near the campsite for the fit and strong.
