The Feast of Tabernacles in Colombia is held at El Rodadero Beach, in Santa Marta. This little town has different possibilities for accommodations—from five-star hotels to apartments that are rented during the time of the Feast.
The majority of the members of the Church in this region use apartments, as they are less expensive than the hotels. Usually they arrive in El Rodadero and look for the accommodation they need according to their budget. The rent for these apartments can range from $100,000 Colombian pesos, (approximately US$65) per day for an apartment for four to six people. There are different restaurants in the area, and the average cost per person is approximately US$35 a day for three meals.
Since El Rodadero is not a very large area, you can walk to the hall for services with no need to pay for additional transportation. (Taking a taxi from the airport in El Rodadero is approximately US$12.)
