Aloha Hapuna Beach Feast Attendees!
I hope and pray you are maintaining your “Feast fever” and that “perma-smile” going as you transition back to your daily routine back home. We are busy wrapping up the Feast for 2015 and planning for the next Feast. Please take some time out of your busy week and give us feedback on the Hapuna Beach venue and activities. So far, the surveys are showing that we have refined the activity schedule effectively based on 2013 survey comments. We are also receiving lots of creative new ideas. We would love to have all of your input! The survey can be found at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5JBVKHL
One note, the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel is "self-funding" as a Feast venue. That means that we get all the meeting facilities free of charge based on a contracted number of room nights. So those of you who stayed in the hotel made it possible to have the Feast of Tabernacles in Hawaii at little expense to the Church. Renting the same caliber meeting facility in a top-tier destination like Hawaii would not be possible without your support, help and cooperation. Thank you!
Warmest aloha and mahalo!

Pre-Feast Sabbath Attendance Survey
On the Sabbath just prior to the Feast of Tabernacles (Sept. 26), many members will be planning on attending Sabbath services near the location where they will be celebrating the Feast. We need your help to ensure that we have adequate facilities available for all who might be attending at the Hapuna Beach, Hawaii, site. Please let us know your plans as soon as possible by following the link below.
Thank you for your help!

We will be returning to the Big Island of Hawaii for the Feast this year, meeting at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, about a half-hour north of the city of Kona. This area is called the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
The world-famous Kohala Coast is on the west side of the largest of the Hawaiian Islands, and Hapuna Beach was included in Travel + Leisure’s 2013 “Best Beaches on Earth” list.
The resort is located next to its sister property, the five-star Mauna Kea Resort, developed by the Rockefeller family on over 1,800 acres of lush, tropical, oceanfront grounds that include not only the two resorts with seven restaurants, but also two championship golf courses, gardens and coastal hiking trails.
We are expecting between 300 and 400 people to be in attendance at the Feast on the Big Island this year. All of our services and meetings will be held in the ballroom at the Hapuna Beach Prince Resort, where we have reserved a large block of rooms at deeply discounted rates.
There is plenty to do and see on the Big Island. Of course, sightseeing, shopping, fine dining, ocean water sports and beaches abound. Organized activities will include Family Day on the beach, a teen pool party, a young adults’ sailing and snorkeling adventure, and a traditional Hawaiian luau.
You will find plenty of helpful information and pictures on our Facebook page. We look forward to seeing you on the Big Island! Aloha!
